How do you calculate your Body Fat Percentage? I know about the recomended ways but how do you do it? Does it matter to you?
I usually measure around my belly button until I can see my abs without flexing. Then I switch to calipers. If Im trying to cut up some the measurement around my belly will tell me if its going up or down and in the begining thats the only info I really need. Thanks.
