So I have a tear in part of the muscle in my front portion of my shoulder.... tendonitis to go along with it, also tendonitis in both forearms. Doc/Sports Specialist put me on Prednisone and I splint my thumbs and shoulder at night. Never taken Prednisone.... thought hey I'll just focus on legs and core till the rest is good. Nah this stuff if making my legs tingle then go numb and repeat.. wtf, interesting stuff.

Peptides and EMS brother! In the last couple months i've gone through a rotator cuff issue and a minor pec tare, both on the same side and with the use of some peptides and some EMS and some essential oils i'm better than new. Mod 1-29, Ipam and GHRP-2 I swear by the stuff.
If your shoulders are hurt like that than you need to squat with a safety squat bar. It'll take the pressure off your shoulders and get on A LOT of peptides (CJC + GHRP-2).

Yea I placed a massive order of CJC and GHRP2 and a few HeX and Ipam to rotate around. The prednisone is bullshit though... I'm taking my girls toradol to keep my hands and shoulder functional.
