Just stopping by to say Hello fellas. All seems to be going well. Workouts were sporadic for a bit but back to hitting it hard once again. I lost about 13 lbs, and look damn good, just can't lift as heavy with the weight loss. I'll get it back, just want to keep my weight below 180. I used to weigh 183 and now realize I should probably sit around 175 to look decent and put on quality muscle from there, not fat and water. Just know I am not on here much but will be again in the next weeks perhaps. Good to be back and you fellas take care.
