I usually eat 2 peanut butter sandwiches with about 3/8" thick peanut butter on each one and a 16oz glass of whole milk. Makes me sleep like a baby

I had a bowl of cereal, a bowl of ice cream, and 3 cinnamon rolls last night

before bed I will eat protein , like beef , sausage , chicken ect.
Usually a 2:1 ratio of protein & carbs. Protein for muscle recovery and my blood sugar levels and the carbs to help me sleep.
I've been going with 8oz of muscle egg and a scoop of whey! Notice it's working I've dropped 5lbs of fat this past week feel great when I wake up in morning
