Before going to sleep it's usually my Carbmaster Yogurt (Vanilla) with a scoop of protein powder.

Late night eating is always an issue for me cuz I work second shift. Its an on going battle to not stuff my face like a pig when I get off. But ive found a few scrambled eggs is enough to curb my cravings. Alittle homemade salsa to go with it of course.
