I did the equation to figure my maintenance calories and was floored to find its just over 4000 no wonder I can't gain any size. So my next bulk I am going to add ON mass gainer 1250 cals per shake plus my food should be good then.

Oops ment to say two of these shakes I was still asleep.
You try and see if that works. From what I've seen for hard gainers these shakes plus a couple chicken breast for solid source does the trick.
When I die I want to be called a friend or family member by everyone I came into contact with!!!
Trying to eat that many calories and being a picky eater like me doesn't work well.
