Pain in heels

Anyone else get pain in back of heels after calves?

Idk what tha fuck is going on. Also have numbness in feet and hands. And spinal pain when doing squats.

Almost sounds like circulation ?Maybe hit the hot tub and try a heat pad in those areas ?Just a shot in the dark ?-Luck-OD

Could be bursitis. There are bursa that help w friction between the Achilles and heel bone. It can become inflamed if over used or a mechanical problem.

That looks like fun....my wife has got a pink pair of knee boots that have a heel like that too!!!!and thanks for the reminder she hasn't worn them around the bedroom for some time....mabey tonight!!!!

The wife just got a new pair of red ones that she is going to wear with this long red and black silk nighty to celebrate my new job this weekend when our daughter is at a sleepover ! Fun times brother!!!
