12-8 pm for just over an hour any later and I start dropping ...any earlier I am useless...
remember trying to workout at 7 am once ..did a set of flies and you know how sometime one side seems heavier than the other ..
well I had 65 in on hand and 70 in the other ...so it was ... I never could get the right rhythm in morning ..the only thing I can do is aerobics
I can do trend mill until I am awake LOL
Rather train at night 7-9. But working shift work I just go when I can.
WOW Im amazed that you guyz can train that late at night and still get to sleep. If I did that I would be wide awake till sunrise.

It's definitely a little weird at first because you don't have someone to push you and spot for you but you just have to push yourself and when it comes to spotting I have a second set of pins to re-rack low when I can't get a full rep in as well as I don't use collars so if worse comes to worse I can slide the plates off one side (nothing that can break is around). All in all though I love it cuz I don't have to worry about any asshats fucking around when I'm trying to get a workout in.
Preference is 12-2. Usually stuck going at 5/6PM. Cardio done in the AM.
I'm at the gym at 3:50 PM everyday except weekends.... you could set your watch
I workout around 5pm 3-4 times a week
