    Calorie deficit?

Who was the asshole that came up with this? I feel like input my brain in a blender and hit crush ice button. Like today feel like I'm starving all day I only had like 2500 cals.

I'm not a fan of deficits at all. I like changing the macros to accomplish what I want and it also keeps me from feeling like a zombie.

I don't cut my Kcal at all when I'm dropping lbs or at least not to the extent that you think you need to. You can manipulate your macro's and also up/change your cardio/conditioning to achieve what you want.

Fit gave me a diet like that a whole back but I can't use it for another week or so.

True here,^^^^^ just changing your macros can make a huge difference, try a 50p/30f/20c ratio, this works very well for me.

So if it takes someone 2500 cals to maintain 198 he can still eat 2500 cals and just change ratio and drop weight?

    Basically yes.

I actually find I can lose fat and gain muscle when on gear by actually increasing my cals but changing the macros and being strict with my diet. My friend kept trying to get me to try it I couldn't believe my eyes. lots of filet mignon and quinoa with some toasted seasame seeds. YUM!

Now I don't know how well this would work not on gear.

Macros are key. Try to maintain a minimum of a 2:1 ratio of protein: carbs. 4:1 is even better.
Blah blah blah Latina's ass...blah blah blah!

Awesome, I always thought you had to take in less to burn fat stores
