Whats up everyone just another intro here. Im 29 from south louisiana and im frickin pumped that i stumbled upon this place! I was really active in another forum whos name i wont mention, but was banned bc i spoke up about some very shady and downright wrong activity takin place there. Turned out to be a good thing cuz i started searching for another forum and this one is by far the best put together w the most knowledgable and helpful ppl...not tryin to be a kiss ass , just keepin it 100%. ...been lifting for 9 years and currently at 185 and apr 10% bf. Damn this turned out longer than i imagined so ill quit rambling, lol
