Want to discuss the minimum amount of supplements that truly work and are a must for us who train our asses off. What Im taking:

-Vitamin Mineral Supplement
-Joint Supplement
-BCAA for either intra or post workout and upon waking in the morning
-A post workout supplement or concoction. I make my own up with an Iso whey, Dextrose, and creatine
-A pre-workout if needed/wanted, but not 100% necessary

I think this is bare minimum, but maybe all you really need. I feel like the supplement industry is making a fucking killing off us! There is no need to go overboard. Gear or no gear.

Now, add in gear, things get bumped up with the addition of:

-Taurine
-Vit E
-Vit C
-Garlic
-Cayenne
-Liv52
-Vit D3
-Fish oil

I think this is about it. But want to get feedback on what everyone else's thoughts are. Over the last few years I have stopped being drawn into all the BS supplements and really dialed it down. I think we have all been there. Gimmick after gimmick with no results. So what are all your minimums and extras that you feel are necessary.
