Hi guys, Im new to the forum. Im currently deployed in Afghanistan. Looking to get advice on some good supplements to help improve my cardiovascular and muscle endurance because Im going to tryout for Special forces when I return. Im 27 yrs old, 210lbs at 6'3 and have been seriously training for about 4 years now. im excited to join this community, it seems awesome.
BTW i know a lot of guys here that have taken some "fishy" supps from untrusted websites and I want to get educated before I put something in my body because I have always been skeptical and have never used more than protein and creatine.
