So you got a mother fuckin sweet tooth huh? I do too, always.
Here it is.
Toast up some p28 bread (if you don't know P28 google that shit)
After it's nice and toasty add a little natural PB or high protein PB or even almond butter.
Pour a little sugar free syrup on the top and demolish your sweet little treat.
I love this shit right here and eat it about once a week. Good macros and tastes amazing!
