I'm sensei........and yes i'm a martial artist. I'm a old school traditional martial artist that got started back in the early70's. Not a MMA guy. I'm a fan of MMA but that's not my cup of tea. I was invited to this forum by MA and that doesn't stand for martial artist...lol....muscle addiction is more like it! I've always supplemented my martial arts training with exercise and weight training. I'm 53 yrs old, 6'1" and weigh 235. My BF is 15%. My goal is to get single digit BF% but maintain muscle size. 220 at 9% will do...lol....if I weigh more and stay at 9%, that's even better...lol....i'll let you young men get up to 260!
