I am in my 50's. I train 3x a week. On a keto diet. I have competed in 2NPC shows in 2010. It's time for me to get in a show this fall. I've made major improvement in my chest that I won in the past.

hi everybody ,i just joined ,i too am in my 50's ,im an artist (painter) and i love sports so started working out about 3 months ago due to an injury on my knee and ever since i've seen some great changes in my body ,although im starting to change my diet ,i've been lifting weights ,i am pumped ,so just wanted to say hi and talk some more next time
