Just like yesterday...training in my garage gym today, not hitting the gym until Thursday morning at 5 am...see how many resolutioners are serious at that time!!!
I hate having to go to the gym. I HAD a man cave gym with tons of free weights, but it's in storage till I buy another house. I go to gym now at 530 am and there is never a soul in there, it's nice having the gym all to myself at least.
As long as they bust their ass and don't sit around I don't care. If they decide to sit and talk on my platform or squat cage than we'll have a problem.
