Years ago I had surgery for a variococele which is similar to having hernia surgery. I feel your pain brother, the recovery sucked. Took about 6 weeks for me.
I have had an umbilical hernia for the last 3 years that I need to get fixed too. I got it during sex with my Bonnie...so since then when I work out I wear a belt to hold things in place. So far it has not gotten any bigger. But I wear that belt TIGHT.

The reason I dont get it fixed is I dont wanna take the time off from working out. And with Bonnies situation its difficult to be useless to her for that long too.

Doing 405lbs for 4x8 and for some stupid reason rolled forward and knew it so I tried to adjust and strained to straighten out and there you go. Ugh.Originally Posted by Fuelfan
