    Larry "the legend" Scott passes...

Sad news today boys! 1st ever mr O Larry Scott dies at 75. He had Alzheimer's since 2010.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Him on the phone. He was a gentlemen. Happily shared his knowledge in both nutrition and BB.

    RIP Larry!

Yeah I was upset to hear the news. I have his book signed by him. He was jacked even as an old man! Sick ass arms! He was a bean pole genetically and built himself to 205 at 5' 7"!

Awesome guns! R.I.P. my friend. I know this is old news, but I was also shocked to hear Nasser passing away last year. Very nice and approachable guy, really down to earth.

Right there with u on nasser. I didn't hear about it somehow either . I don't get out much lol.

Ill do the Larry Scott giant set of doom for biceps this week. It's stupid brutal lol.

DBs, straight bar, reverse ez curl bar all done in a giant set. Must do them in that order. 6-8 reps per move then 2-3 burns at the top. No rest in between except to grab new weights for next move.

U can cheat the DB and ez curl at the end. The straight bar however is no cheating allowed at all. Must go
To absolute bottom of the move. Larry would even uncurl his wrist at the bottom.
He said he would do it 5 times through.

I can only do 3 circuits before I wanna faint or puke lol.

Key notes are place the elbows up higher on bench for DB and ez curl. The straight bar put your arm
Pit right into the top of the bench and dig down deep and crush that weight!

U can cheat on DB and ez curl but don't get so ugly it's barely biceps. I've seen videos of Larry doing it and he cheat but in a smooth sexy cadence.

    Much respect Larry!
