    Lean Turkey Meatloaf

    Ingredients

    •2 packages Mrs. Dash Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
    •2 lbs Ground Turkey
    •2 Eggs + 2 Egg Whites, slightly beaten
    •¾ cup of Skim Milk
    •½ cup of Quinoa Flakes
    •1 Green Bell Pepper, finely diced
    •1 Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
    •1 Onion, finely diced
    •4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    •4 tbsp Hot Sauce (your choice)

    Preparation

    1.Mix all ingredients together in large bowl until well blended.
    2.Prepare 9 x 13 casserole dish by lightly spraying with cooking oil.
    3.Place mixture in casserole dish.
    4.Top with a light glaze of additional hot sauce or calorie reduced ketchup if desired.
    5.Bake at 425° for 60 – 75 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

    when I was growing up ...Mom made meatloaf from Oatmeal.. it was good..
    she tried to make it healtheir one day and substituted Oat Bran...

    A litte varnish and you had a nice brick!
