Quite honestly... Having her support and with me along the ride is a major factor in getting to where I am. If I was with someone that wasn't supportive or willing to do the same things I would have fallen back into the same rut.

Have you or she thought about a Var cycle for her??? You know AY will take care of her ...Nikki is on right now and will be starting oral Primo this week, she keeps getting ALL KINDS of compliments and looks from other men and women...her competition is coming up in 11 weeks.

Already got 2 bottles of 10mg Var ready to go when she feels like she has trimmed down to the BF% that will yield the best results. Just need to make sure I have all the other prods to help with possible cramps and acne that can pop up.

By the way, Nikki is looking fantastic brother!

She blew my mind today. This morning our 3some at the gym, we decided to do some standing military presses.

Olympic Bar, 2 10's and 2 5's
So 75 pound standing military press 3 sets ranging from 12 to 16 reps. Took off the 5's and put on 10's... Busted her last set for 7.

She said.. "Holy shit!! 10 extra pounds makes a huge difference!!"

She is a beast!
