IG,tried the Gaba last night. 2 - 500mg caps and 1 - 10mg Melatonin. Woke up around 3:00am and then on and off until 5:00am when the alarm goes off. Did this work right away for you or did it take a few times?

It was only a few days I have some intense boughts with Sciatica. It gets so bad at times I have to sit down to brush my teeth.
Sorry to hear. I had similar problems. Took me years to get back to a mostly pain free condition.
