    Re: Tai-Chi???

I studied martial arts many many moons ago and we used Tai Chi as a form of meditation. It is quite beneficial for many areas.

It a great stretching technique and allows (me) to clear my mind of issues at hand.

I enjoyed it when I studied. Now I just use the meditation aspect of Tai Chi in everyday life activities.

I've done tai chi. If you manage to find a decent school it's an awesome martial art with many aspects. What exactly do you want to get from it? Your goals can help identify the specific style of tai chi that would suit you best. I did "Yang" style, which has some faster forms than one typically associates with tai chi.
