Definitely. Ive never done it but my GF has and she transformed her body in 63 days. Its a lot of commitment though, an hour a day of INTENSE training everyday.

I got my rings from rogue fitness.

If you don't have rings but have either a hardwood, pergo, or vinyl floor you can actually just use 2 towels. The ones that work the best are the ones that actually suck ass for drying off after you shower.

Same movement except your not suspended in the air.

Wash, rinse, repeat. I'm thinking it will improve strength and maybe even add to size? Anyone do bodyweight stuff?
I can think of a couple of body weight exercises which have always helped me increase mass. Pull ups and chin ups are great for the biceps and upper back. Even if you're lifting full time you ought to incorporate these into your routine.
Handstand push ups are an awesome exercise for triceps and delts. Ohp often gives me problems in my anterior delts but handstand push ups against a wall really develop your shoulders without the problems you can get with ohp, sure the range of motion isn't great but I think that's half the reason I get problems when I do ohp! Body weight wide grip dips will certainly improve your chest development as well.

Right now I'm not lifting and I'm doing me try if body weight exercises. I won't try to pretend they can fully substitute heavy weight training but as you said you're pressed for time body weight exercises can certainly help maintain mass.
