What kind of enzymes? Brand etc?

Find one that's got multiple enzymes in it. One for proteins, one for fats and one for starches/carbs. I use different brands, usually whatever is cheapest.

I got some and I didn't like them. They made me feel weird and my knees hurt bad.

Look up the Mason. They're real cheap and I've never had any issues with them. I get them at the small local pharmacy. But you may be able to order them online.

Less indigestion, I can eat more in one sitting and I can eat more often.
