    I usually eat some sort of meat protein with mixed veggies, then toss in mash potato or a couple red potatoes for added carb...

    Like rgt now im having half a steak with two chicken thighs and maybe half a can of ravioli with a lil veggies..

    Breakfast when bulking..is 7-8 eggs (2whole) and mini pancakes (3) with peanut butter on em..love it..or two packs of oatmeal with half scoop of protein powder maybe mass gainer
