So I created a recipe and it turned out sooo good so I had to share!

3/4 cup + 1 TBS sugar
1/2 cup + 1 TBS unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup + 2 TBS skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups Trader Joes gluten free flour
1/2 cup chopped Brazil nuts
1/2 chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

•Preheat oven to 350
•grease bottom of 9x5 inch loaf pan
•Blend butter and sugar
•Add eggs and beat till missed in
•Add bananas, milk, and vanilla

•In a small bowl, combine flour, nuts, chocolate chips, baking soda and salt: mix well
•Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
•pour into greased pan


bake at 350 for 50- 60 minutes or until toothpick in center come out clean

It usually takes about an hour and 15 minutes in my oven so use the toothpick method to check if it is cooked through.

Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan
