Hello all,
I plan to join in discussions daily when time permits. I just came across this forum today. I have been a member of numerous forums in the past and a mod for one of those for many years. My introduction to lifting started in 1981 and was enthralled with powerlifting and did so off and on until 2005. Now in my 40's, I'm looking towards bodybuilding. I have the base now I just need to stay focused on diet.
