Hello everyone!
This will be my first cycle and looking forward to the ride. I'm 35 yrs old and have been working out for 19 years. I have always had a great frame and good muscle definition. Im 6'1 208 right now. 9% body fat. Im benching 355 1 rep and squatting 350 1 rep. I really want to put size on my back. I'm very interested in what everyone thinks I should run as a first cycle. I was thinking of d bol and some test e 250 for 12weeks. Im just not sure the dosage and timing on everything.
