    Welcome, the first cycle I did...like 14yrs ago lol was Sustanon 250 loved it! Still love it!

    I had been lifting for around 20 years when I started my first cycle. I have no regrets waiting. I was experienced and mature enough to make the best of it.

    Test e or test c at 500 mg/week for 12 weeks will serve you well.
