    New respect for powerlifters/powerbuilders

So I decided to try a powerbuilder routine today for squats and it was brutal. After an extended warm up I proceeded to do 10 sets of 3 reps @ 300lbs ass to grass. I didn't think it was going to be as brutal as it turned out to be. I will incorporate this once maybe twice a month on my squat days as well as dead days. If you haven't tried it before I suggest trying it.

Try to pause it at the bottom and let em stretch. Rest pause sets PL style will really hurt, lol.
