Hello! New to this page (or any page, for that matter!). I'm not a hundred percent sure what an introduction entails, so bear with me because I tend to ramble. I joined because I like to lift and I like to think I know what I'm doing when it comes to supplementing. I've been playing with the idea of doing an NPC competition, but that's one of those things I've been putting off until I feel like I've gained enough mass... IF I ever feel like I'm big enough to step on a stage! I know there's pretty limited information availability when it comes to females and lifting, plus there's no such thing as learning too much -- so I hope to be a source of good information/advice for any girls not entirely sure of what they're doing, and I'd like to learn from any here that are more experienced than I am.
