wow really young to have a cataract....my grandma had them removed years ago ... the technology has gotten better
I am sure they have to warm you of the possibility...
I was talking to some one recently.apparently they can replace them with plastic lens.. so if they can do that
they must be able to do pretty good thing...
just trying to give you confidence.... I know it doesn't matter ..she is your baby and you are going to worry

Thank you so much. The problem isn't so much the surgery but the eye brain connection may not be strong enough. We are not sure how long she has had it.

Well have some good news the cataract is to the side so they think after surgery and patching she will have most of her sight.
