Trying to get tbe compensator nut off to replace stator. It's torqued to like 165 ft⋅lbs and has been on since factory built in 2006. I have tried like hell to remove it. Heat, applying around 500ft⋅lbs torque (breaker bar and I am not a small dude either) and it will not come loose.

You can see on the rotor corrosion and crap from where the stator fried.

Best bet is a impact wrench will loosen it. If you have a air compressor you can pickup one under 100.00 that should get it loosened.

Tried that. Have to be careful or could mess up crankshaft balance

U positive it's not reverse threads? U need a serious impact gun. Probably something that's $400 +. An average gun with a tiny compressor won't cut it......

Also try using a quality penetrating oil applied serval times and let it sit overnight. I've had good luck with PB blaster penetrating oil. Lowes carries it. Zep also makes good stuff.

IG is 100% accurate in the PB Blaster. I call it cat piss! Stuff works very good. Also try the old plink method, get a wrench on it on give it a nice trap with a steel mallet. A lot of time that little plink will break it lose. Don't put too much heat on it though!!

Threadsbarbinternal and hidden from access. Unfortunately cant use impact gun. will mess up engine. positive threads are right handed. this is common problem on Harley compensator.

I think that IG might be right on the reverse threads. I would call a Harley dealer just to make sure.
