    Hello All

    What's up everyone? I'm brand new here, but I've been around other forums since around 2005. I'm 31, and have been weight training since age 17. I am looking forward to my time here! So many forums are straight GARBAGE now. What happened?

    Seems like the majority of forums are young guys. Look I get we all started someplace and we were all young once.
    The gay jokes and banter are funny at 1st but when every single thread is derailed with bullshit it gets old!

    MC is a great board. Good group of guys who help each other. The board can be slow sometimes but always solid!
