Didn't watch the whole thing, but wow... Wonder what the issue was. I've had a couple friends that have had back surgery for stenosis and they walked away a new person. This must have been major that he could barely stand.

Video barely played for me.
I couldn't read the Twitter posts at the begging. Was this recent? He has back surgery a while ago and has been back at the weights for a while now so wonder if this was that or he had a 2nd more recent surgery?
His body looked weird from the recent pics I saw of him. Belly looks ever worse now that he has aged then when he was on stage.
All that fucking heavy deadlifting and squatting took its toll on him.
His protein supp looks legit! I'm sensitive to most whey or I would try it.
Blah blah blah Latina's ass...blah blah blah!
Well i can tell you i had a 6 hour back surgery and i could still walk right after the surgery but i had to have an escort with a belt around my waist and then a walker after that. I was held together by 3 screws and 1 clamp. It was L5-S1 fusion. It did change my spine curvature a bit which forced my belly out a bit more.
Judging from the video it looks like his surgery was for a much more severe problem. Unfrtunately it will haunt for forever. He also looks incrdibly small compared to his prime. He will pay the price for his success with pain and disability the rest of his life. I know because i pushed like he did and didnt back off when i should have. Now as you all know i have all kinds of issues.
Bodybuilders need to come down from freaky huge and such to the days of Arnold, Frank Zane etc. Have great porportions, symmetry, functionality, and definition with strength. I dont like the big boys cause they all got bellies which look bad enough when competing but when done will and does look worse. My .03 cents.

I know more people with back issue that never touched a weight. My back is screwed up is it from heavy weights.....yea probably but who's to say I wouldn't have back issues anyway. I guy I work with is a 150lbs at 6' runs always in great condition yet his back is horrible too.

Good statement E!
Im just saying when your natural, god given fram and weight is 5'10 and 165lbs going up to 300lbs with or without drugs you will have problems. I was 155 at 5'10 in high school i got up to 254 and currently at 241. I have issues from over use, enlarged organs, sore joints, decimated ligaments, tendons, etc and back fusion. Gad i trained smarter been an animal more appropriately and not tried to be freaky huge i am quite sure i would be better of.

That's unusual to have back surgery so soon especially having double hip replacement surgery a little over a year ago. All that ultra heavy lifting has finally caught up with him.

And both hips? He is a walking mess!

No one has a crystal ball and yea maybe you would be in better shape and maybe not no one really knows. Like I said I know more people with horrible backs that never touched a weight.
Heck what about over eating people that are a wreak.........probably more of those in bad health than any weight lifter, bodybuilder, powerlifter.
You roll the dice and play the game or just sit on your hands.
Better to live your dream then to die worried about the "what if'" IMO YMMV
