    Post-Workout Shake

Hey guys, looking for an alternative for my ON 2:1:1 recovery. I really like it and have used for years, then vitamin shoppe stopped carrying it and could only get on amazon, then ON stopped making Mucho Mango and raspberry rush so all i have is choc. I still get it but its a pain in the dick to order. So figured I'd see what everyone else is doing post workout, i see alot of recovery drinks but most don't have the carbs or protein.

    Post-Workout Shake

I just take protein shake. Sometimes I add more bcaa sometimes not.

I only use carbs if I'm taking insulin post workout. I usually eat an hr or so after I drink my shake so I don't bother with more carbs. I did use karbolyn post workout but haven't been.

I did recently switch to all max isoflex isolate protein and really like it. Tastes way better then ISO-100.

My fave is Vanilla Dymatize ISO 100. taste great and has very little ingredients in it. You want a good quality protein without added crap in it

I'm not sure if it will be around much longer. Dymatize was bought out and a lot of the products are being dropped. Not sure if ISO-100 is one of them. I liked the elite fusion 7 and they are dropping it. I'm seeking counseling about it 😂😂
In meantime I've been using Arnold's iron whey. It uses beet powder for the dye and has lactase in it. Hooray Arnold !

Currently can only do Garden of Life Raw Meal. Probably not most of yours' pick, but it is good for me

When I get done working out, I have a Whey Isolate protien drink waiting for me in the locker room! 50gm of protien mixed with 16oz of 1% chocalate milk. Tastes great! Later when I get home, I will have chicken and brown rice for supper.
