So heres my fav smoothie:
1/4 can of frozen orange juice
6 raw eggs
6 or more frozen strawberries
1/4 cup milk

I just dump it all in the blender and hit blend lol enjoy

Yes IMHO taste and texture. They say don't want to blend the raw egg or it breaks down the protein content to a degree.

I used to use a blender ball shaker bottle with them. Broke it up just enough. I used to use organic yogurt to help out with the egg texture.
If texture doesn't bother u drink the egg whole and not blended at all!

Raw eggs have a awesome very full amino acid complex superior to whey.

The salmonella risk is bullshit. They say like 1 in 20,000 eggs has salmonella. Even cooking it u will still prob get the shits just not salmonella if u ate that 1 shitty egg.

I cut dairy from my diet so I haven't done it in ages. I don't know how great they would be in a protein shake lol.
