They did ekg before doc came in. Was having pressure on chest and can't breathe.

Did they draw blood and check for the chemicals your body makes when you have a heart attack? Hopefully they did and the results were negative. If they were positive I would think they would have admitted you to a hospital right away.

Yeah I had something similar , I think Chesty is right . if they were worried they would have admitted you.
if you had a blockage , they would want to address that ASAP.

never had nitro, ( except of course NOS supliments)

Sounds like he went to his gp with these symptoms and this is what the doc did. Not sure but sounds pretty vague. These exact symptoms also present in panic attacks. I say get to that cardiologist and head to the er if this happens again.

Last time it happened was during sex so I don't think it was a panic attack. I am going to cardiologist today.

Well I have a weird condition. Pulmonic valve regurgitation. So when the blood with little to no oxygen is being pushed to my lungs it leaks back. If I'm having anxiety, leg day, to many stims, taking teen, etc I feel like I can't breathe.
