Mindfulness is great to do when feeling a moment of increased stress, anxiety, etc. It works and is a great tool in most things we do. Also great to put together when training. I learned this years ago when I had a personal trainer. She taught me to be mindful, while training, in every rep. I was so focused doing this it was like noone else existed in the gym but her and I!!!! I need that trainer again,lol. Anyway, this is a pretty good article I came across.
