Excellent video's MA!!!
Very inspiring! I also like to watch youtube videos of Branch Warren, Ronnie Coleman, and Dorian Yates the night before a big workout as well. They make it look all too easy but still it sets my mind right and helps me to stay focused on my goals.

Taking it day by day. Have another month before full recovery on my shoulder reconstruction surgery from last year, in week eleven of healing from my torn quad, and my sciatica has not flared up in a while, so..... I'll have to say.... from these trials and tribulations alone I've been fighting my way thru it and able to still get out of bed in the morning to take on the day! lol. Thanks for asking brother. God's strength.... take care.
