For my post workout shake I like mixing a cran-grape with vanilla whey protein. What are guys drinking?
food.........nothing works better
I eat a bunch of ripe fruit, bcaa, protein powder. The ripe fruit is a good insulin spiker. Then I'll eat chicken and brown rice or filet and brown rice with veggies shortly after
i just eat like a f'in horse after man.
Whey and BCAA's
I eat an entire bbq chicken pizza after lifting. Absolutely smash it!!!
During workout I sip a shake with pepto-pro and dextrose.
liquid egg whites / cranberry juice
2 scoops of Whey
1 Tbl Spoon Peanut Butter
1/4 cup oats
~10oz Almond Milk
Throw it in the blender!
