well I am back (in case no one notice)... the laptop went off to dell for repair.
turned it on and it was dead ....
called dell since I have the extended warranty .... a half hour of no "I can not answer that because it doesn't turn on"
and they sent me a box to send off..
I deleted my firefox before mailing off
I get it back and it doesn't have the partition I use for going here ...
had to reinstall and reinstall the back but lost a little data ...
I debate whether the extended warranty was worth it ,, I just saw a slightly different dell that was only $400..
just goes to show electronics always get cheaper ...
