Been doing quite a bit of reading here, man, what a treasure trove of info--feel like I've found the lost libraries of Alexandria lol.

I'm in the middle of de-fat-assing myself (long story I'll go into in detail later) while trying not to lose all the gains I've busted my ass for over the last 3 decades. I have an exceptionally slow metabolism which makes things just that much harder. I'm about 1/2 way to my fat loss goals, counting on muscle memory and an even better understanding of training & nutrition to help me get back what I've lost.

More reading to do--don't want to re-hash material that's already been covered.
