Well started putting my weights in storage and have to join that hardcore gym planet fatness. Anywho this will be interesting to see how long this last. Will be going in starting Monday for some weird reason this hardcore gym doesn't have dip belts so I have to bring my own lol. I'm sure 90% of the people in there have no idea what a dip belt is.
Going to switch to a 5x5 anyone have any routines for this that might be possible to do at the big PF with all there equipment?
