I started working out for me and my boy. He will probably never walk, so it wasn't till about 3 years ago when i was 39 and still smoking cigarettes and just being generally unhealthy, that i decided I am not getting any younger and he was getting heavy to pick up off the floor. So i decided if he can't walk, I am going to have to get strong, cause I need to be able to basically lift a man my size way down the road. I knew i had to get my shit together. I don't want to have to send my boy off somewhere when he is older cause i'm a weakass and can't care for him. Patience is definitely something my boy has taught me for sure. My son cannot talk either and never will, so when he is sick and crying and can't tell you what hurts, patience becomes a whole new world. LOL. My son has changed everything about me....
