I know about circulation problems. After 40 years of body building and playing rough I find out I have sluggish blood flow. Pretty much means if I sit too long I get tired. Wake up in the morning with tingly limbs. As for getting old, I don't think of it as being old, but rather the fact I am well passed ump day in life. The down hill side gets steeper each day. Just never give up!
