This is what I need to do, @xdude yes I have been to the ear, nose, & throat doctor and all she said was I needed to get off the Afrin before she could do anything for me, didn't even give me any help on how to ween off, and this is such an epidemic, MANY people have become dependent on this shit, but not even a specialist doctor had an answer to how to get off it except cold turkey. She gave me a cycle of prednisone which I still have, wasn't going to take it until I had a plan in place to get off the Afrin, then I will incorporate it. I will try it Knights, thanks. It's horrible when you wake up gasping for air and your mouth is all dry, lips are chapped from nose being completely plugged and breathing out my mouth in the middle of the night, my sleep has been broken due to it as well. Shit is horrible
