you know this is a good question, the result is that we have created a some what different sport.
something along the lines of the designated hitter rule.... same game just a little different
the result is we have shorter men struggling to get to exactly 212 lbs. where as the open class shoots for big and balanced. and don't care about weight.
I have always liked the 212 class, they seem bigger per inch of height and look more muscular.
Just look at Jose Raymond, he was f'n huge but also as he said a ripped vein-y dwarf
I think with really good judges , height doesn't matter... but I also see when they do the over all
99 out of a hundred times it is either super or the heavy weight.
So I lean toward yes...we need a 212 class
