Deadlift 2x5- 90. Oops I did 2 sets suppose to do one.
Ok so next week will bump test to 400mg ew.

I forgot to add I started 30mg eod of tren a just because I had a partial bottle taunting me. Once I get my order in and get rolling on this I may just bump up to 100mg eod.
I am also think seriously about giving the myostatin HMP a try.
Ok bro I am a very very long time not great knees person.
I would like to see you do this warm up for your squats.
1. Stationary bike for 5 mins. Low tension on the pedal resistance and your crank RPMs at around 80+.
2. After you catch your breath from the bike do 3-4 sets of Body Weight Squats, ass to grass, 2 seconds down and 2 seconds up.
3.Move on to your weighted back squats.
Let me know how this works out for you.
Also I use Knee Sleeves with my knees all slathered up with Ice Blue.

Holy shit I guess I have been doing squats and rows all wrong. My quads and upper back where burning today. On squats I'm taking ass to the floor.

Bench 5x5- 65
Rows 5x5- 85

Ok this is really weird. My thighs are thicker already. I wear boxer briefs and the leg holes are tight as hell. I stopped the gh peps today because there is a large lump on one side of my belly I want to see if it goes away or if I need to possibly go see dr. It's tender but not painful.
