I was asked a weird question today at the gym. And didn't know what to say really.
I was asked how to get veins to pop out. I answered lower your bodyfat.
Then asked if there's anything that will help them (veins) pop out.
I again said work on your bodyfat and keep lifting.
BUT- is there anything that helps?
Never really thought about this.
Oh one funny response from a guy was- put prep H on your arms...
What the heck would that do?
